Fitness to go provides in-home personal training in the Boston Metrosouth and South Shore (within a 30-minute radius of Quincy) areas. Email and phone coaching are available for those outside the area.
A Fitness to go customized workout will take into account your goals, your abilities, and your personal preferences. You won’t waste time on a “one size fits all” exercise program, and you won’t get bored -- because your program will evolve as your fitness level does.

A variety of training styles and modes to fit your needs and your lifestyle!
Training is available for individuals and small groups. Workouts are customized to meet each client or group's needs, using a variety of techniques and training principles including the following:
Core training: Enhance overall strength and stability by training core musculature. Improve power and efficiency of movement, protect your lower back and build rock solid abs.
Pilates: Enhance core strength and stability; relieve stress and back pain; improve posture and alignment; heighten body awareness; prevent and rehabilitate injuries.
Functional Integrated Strength Training (FIST): Focus on training movements as opposed to individual muscles; improve coordination, power and fluidity of movement; reduce risk of injury.
Bridal Packages: Don't forget the most important detail of your wedding - you! Train alone, as a couple, or with your whole bridal party. Packages range from 3-36 sessions - makes a great shower gift!
Multi-Sport Training: Lose weight and discover your inner athlete by focusing your training around an endurance event – from sprint distance races (which last from 1-2 hours) to the ultimate challenge of Ironman.
Sport-specific training: Whether your passion is golf, basketball, or snowboarding, you can build skill and power by training the movements in your sport, and reduce your risk of injury by strengthening supporting and opposing musculature.
