Do I have to commit to a certain number of sessions?

No, but most people prefer to schedule their sessions in a series - it helps them commit to their fitness goals.

Do I need any special equipment?

No. Everything you need will be provided.

What do I wear?

Any clothing that allows for comfortable movement is fine. 

How often should I train?

This will depend on your goals and your specific program.   Most clients work with a trainer at least once per week.

Will I need medical clearance?

It depends on your age and health history.  This will be determined during your initial assessment.

I'm very athletic - will you really be able to challenge me without weight machines?

Absolutely! By emphasizing functional strength and core stability, your program will not only challenge you physically, but  also improve your performance and reduce your risk of injury.

I have children at home – will I need to get a baby sitter?

Not unless you choose to.  As long as interruptions are minimal, you will still get a great workout - and set a great example for your kids!
