My Story
After spending my twenties as a smoker / couch pot
ato, I completed my first triathlon at thirty-three, and celebrated turning forty by completing my first ironman. Getting in shape changed my life, and since I’ve always been a teacher at heart (I’ve taught everything from bartending to high school English), it seemed only natural to start teaching others about fitness. I enjoy educating people about their bodies and helping them discover how strong they really are.

Specialities
